This year, the BBF gastronomic experience is presented in a Gourmet Food Trucks format, where each restaurant will offer one dish, along with its vegetarian option. Discover flavors from around the world in one place and enjoy the pairings we’ve created for each dish.

ROOSTER & BUBBLES
Description:
Rotisserie Chicken Croquettes: With a soft and flavorful filling of shredded rotisserie chicken, wrapped in an extra-crispy coating. // Vegan Option: Mini escalivada coca with roasted vegetables, goat cheese, and olive tapenade. No cheese for the vegan option.
Pairings:
Croquettes: DOPPELBOCK – Its robust body and caramel and toasted bread notes enhance the smoky flavor of the roasted chicken, while its sweetness balances the creaminess of the croquette filling.
Mini Coca: BLONDE ALE – Its malty smoothness and slightly fruity notes harmonize with the grilled vegetables, while its carbonation and freshness balance the creaminess of the goat cheese and the salty touch of the olive tapenade.

ABARKA
Description:
Chicken Yassa Sandwich: A traditional dish from Senegal, featuring chicken marinated in spices, fried with onions, and enhanced with a touch of Dijon mustard, served as a sandwich for a unique and delicious experience. // Vegan Option – Akara Sandwich: Light and fluffy fritters, typical of Senegal, made from mashed black-eyed peas, seasoned with onions and spices, and fried until golden and crispy, served inside a sandwich.
Pairings:
Chicken Yassa Sandwich: PALE ALE – Its balance between maltiness and bitterness enhances the caramelized flavors of the onion and chicken, while its fruity and citrus notes complement the tangy touch of the lemon.
Akara Sandwich: AMBER ALE – With its medium body and caramelized flavor, this beer enhances the intensity of the spicy satay sauce. Its toasted notes complement the roasted chicken, creating a well-balanced pairing experience.

OSAKA BANG
Description:
Takoyaki: Octopus balls with spring onion, ginger, crispy tenkasu, and grated bonito katsuobushi, topped with Otafuku sauce, mayonnaise, and nori seaweed. // Vegan option: Tofu, miso, and garlic onigiri.
Pairings:
Takoyaki: AMERICAN IPA – Its pronounced bitterness and citrus notes cut through the richness of the takoyaki, while its fruity aromas balance the umami of the octopus and teriyaki sauce, refreshing the palate.

TAKEARTE

Taco pastor: 100% corn tortilla, pork marinated with chili, onion, and pineapple. // Vegan option – Vegan taco pastor: 100% corn tortilla, mushrooms, cauliflower, onion, chili, and pineapple.
