REFUNDS

You can access this link ( https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/devolucion/2727)  to process the refunds that will be made from 15th of april 0’00 to 1st of may 0’00 h, we will not charge you any fee and the refunds will be made by bank transfer from 15th of may. 

IMPORTANT! For the refunds you must have the number of the wristband. Enter to the website (https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/devolucion/2727), write your wristband number and register your refund. We ask you to be patient, the refund may take a few days, as the whole system has to be adjusted. And if you have any questions or problems, please write to info@barcelonabeerfestival.com
