REFUNDS

IMPORTANT! For the refunds you must have the number of the wristband. Enter to the website https://recargas.woutick.com/es/5c4bceeb-9a2c-472d-9a22-4284fa24de4e/refund), write your wristband number and register your refund. We ask you to be patient, the refund may take a few days, as the whole system has to be adjusted.
